With the extension enabled, the Organisation column, the filter toolbar and the grouping controls are hidden, and the blocked/volunteer rows are restyled - all by default, no interaction needed. To test Employee highlights, open the extension's Settings, add a highlight for Avery Ellwood with any color; this tab reloads and that cell is coloured (with automatically contrasting text).
